

I am 25 years old and I started my fitness journey in 2021 after being overweight my entire life. I was the heaviest I had ever been at 255 lbs.
You may ask what motivated me to lose weight? Well it was a series of multiple things that happened in my life. I was going through a break ( very typical) with my ex of 4 years and my dad passed away all in the span of 2 months. Before my dad passed away he told me on his deathbed to keep losing weight and working out so I wouldn't end up in the position he was in. That truly lit the fire in me. I went crazy in the gym. I would constantly tell myself I wouldn't let him down. I had to make something bigger of myself, I used my grief as fuel. I lost 75 lbs in one year. I've lost over 80 lbs since and I've been focused on building my dream body.
I started posting on social media and I've inspired thousands more to start their fitness journey. It makes me so happy that I'm able to help so many. Working out not only made me physically stronger but mentally stronger. Weight Loss completely changed my life and I know you can change yours!
